Want to know what a Mentor is?
It is someone who has already made mistakes and learned from them, and is willing to help you avoid the same mistakes. A mentor has already been down the road you are traveling and knows where the potholes are. You can save yourself a lot of frustration (and money!) by finding a mentor who is willing to work with you, guide you, and help you make smart choices.
Network Marketing is a great business model and can provide you with the means to fire your boss and retire with a residual income that meets or exceeds your current “day-job” income. But, it’s not easy, and there are pitfalls out there for the unsuspecting. A mentor can show you the path. Image yourself walking through a minefield (no, I am not likening network marketing to a minefield, it’s just an analogy)… would you rather blaze the trail on your own, or walk in the foot prints of someone who had successfully navigated it already?
I know, that’s a no brainer.
Sadly, a lot of people get involved in network marketing without the benefit of a true mentor and make costly mistakes. These mistakes add up over time, especially if your “budget” to make your business succeed is tight. It does take a little time and money to build your business, and without a mentor that can double or even triple. So, do yourself a favor and find a mentor who can (and will) help. Let someone “show you the ropes” and you are well on your way to being able to “fire your boss”.
